My Approach

I have over 15 years of clinical experience working in both mental health and social service settings.  I collaborate and empathize with individuals to help bolster their self-awareness to make positive and goal-directed changes in their life.  It enables individuals to feel empowered, recognizes their strengths and helping them to establish a greater sense of self-compassion.

I moved to Toronto at a young age many years ago and experienced many obstacles in life that allowed me to accept and challenge myself. Also, this allowed me to cultivate myself as a therapist and support individuals who have had similar experiences.  


I offer therapy session for adults 20+ in both English and Cantonese (廣東話). Therapy session can be provided in person or online via Adracare (Virtual Platform). A complimentary 15-minute phone consultation is included to ensure a good fit for both parties.
