Embracing My Vulnerabilities

I would like to share with you video clips of me discussing on how I embraced my vulnerabilities to help others. It wasn't easy for me to tell you about my mental health/life experiences because you might have thoughts of "I'm not a good enough therapist." I knew it wasn't true because I have clients continue to reach out to me for support. Also, I would invite you to remember that showing your vulnerabilities isn't a sign of weakness, instead it's identified as a strength of you took the courage to do so.
